Conveying system includes the following aspects
Air Conveying System (empty bottle conveyor)
Professional design can be used for a variety of shapes and sizes of empty PET botles transportation and speed control.
Filled Bottle Conveyor
Mainly used to connect and coordinate the beverage key equipment. It directly affects the operational efficiency of the entire production line.
Carton conveyor system
Mainly used for transporting the packaged into boxes, generally divided into: roller conveyo, suitable carton conveyor, the product can be stacked.
Inverted bottle sterilization system
Using the temperature of the drink bottie on the bottle and bottie neck for secondary sterilization, sterilization back into the upright position .
Cooling system (botle cooling machine)
Inverted botle sterilization, thermal botle into the cooling tunnel, cooling tunnel through different temperature zones of the water spray cooling, make bottles reach a specified temperature.
Cover disinfection
